About the Shopping Cart <br data-mce-fragment="1">Please note that the inventory is not reserved when you add an item to your cart. The inventory is reserved when you complete the checkout.

We do not accept cancellations after a product has been purchased.
We do our best to manage our product inventory, but if for unavoidable reasons we are unable to secure the stock of the item you ordered, we may have to cancel your order.

<Returns and exchanges>
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products for reasons of customer convenience.
The products we handle meet domestic quality and inspection standards.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to small scratches or abrasions that occur unavoidably during manufacturing, uneven coloring due to the design, or individual differences in texture.

We take every precaution with the quality and packaging of our products, but if any of the following problems occur with the product, we will exchange or refund the product at our expense.
